At Z.Scents, your happiness matters the most. We want you to love every perfume you buy from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can easily return or exchange your order within 05 days.

Return Conditions

  • Only main perfume bottles can be returned.
  • The main bottle must be unused and unopened.
  • All items must be returned in their original box and packaging.
  • If the product or packaging is damaged, the amount may be deducted from your refund.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive your parcel.
